We're moving M's stuff out of her apartment tomorrow. That place was the site of many milestones in our relationship. First kiss, first "I love you", I proposed to her there, we spent our wedding night there. Lots of stuff.
But you just gotta let go of the material things and move on sometimes. Besides, the exact location of many of these milestones (her living room couch) is going to the new house with us.
We're very glad that we don't have to do any of the actual moving ourselves. We lack the strength and endurance to get that big-screen TV through the entrance hall and down the stairs.
